PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data will be processed in order to carry out the booking process, to clarify the circumstances of possible violations of the Terms and Conditions or applicable laws, and to handle possible complaints.
Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO), we inform you that :

The administrator of personal data obtained in the process of booking, within the meaning of the applicable provisions of commonly binding law, is I.M. Moda Iwona Majewska ul. Kurpińskiego 16a Darłowo 76-150

Subject processing personal data is online booking system Hotres.pl, which belongs to company LEMONPIXEL.pl Roman Korczyński with seat in Jelenia Gora 58-570 Młyńska 12A street, called further Hotres.pl

Personal data

The Guest’s personal data is collected for the purpose of the booking process / issuing a sales document. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary for the completion of the booking process.
The Guest has the right to access the content of his/her personal data, the right to rectification, deletion, as well as the right to restrict its processing.
The Guest’s optional consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes requires ticking the relevant ‘checkbox’ during the booking process.

This consent may be withdrawn by sending an appropriate message to
e-mail address: kopankabana@gmail.com.

The specific purposes and scope of the processing of personal data in the Hotres system are set out in the appendix.

Administrator’s obligations

The Administrator shall ensure that the Guest’s personal data are not made available to third parties and, in this regard, shall take the necessary measures and ensure the use of its knowledge and experience to fulfil the said assurance.
The Administrator retains the right to make personal data available to authorised entities (Sub-processors) and in cases provided for by generally applicable law. This applies in particular to such entities as: online payment systems and reception software.
The Administrator is obliged to maintain the secrecy and confidentiality of the information obtained in order to carry out the reservation process. This obligation shall remain in force indefinitely.

Hotres.pl’s obligations

pl, as the Processor of the Guest’s personal data, ensures the implementation of appropriate technical and organisational measures, and additional IT security measures, based on verified servers and systems used for the processing of personal data in the services provided electronically.
pl declares that the IT systems used to process personal data meet the requirements of applicable laws, in particular are protected to a high degree within the meaning of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on documentation of personal data processing and technical and organisational conditions to be met by devices and information systems used for personal data processing.
Subcontractors and employees of Hotres.pl will be duly authorised to process personal data in connection with the booking process, to which the Administrator and the Guest agree.
In order to ensure the highest security in the storage of personal data in compliance with the requirements of the RODO, Hotres.pl is obliged to:
encrypt and anonymise the transmission of personal data
at all times ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the processing systems and services
the ability to quickly restore the availability of and access to personal data in the event of a physical or technical incident
regularly test, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of data processing.

 Final Provisions

The Administrator is entitled to amend the provisions of the Terms and Conditions at any time and at its own discretion. In particular, the Administrator is entitled to amend the provisions of these Terms and Conditions in case of:

the need to adapt the Terms and Conditions to the mandatory provisions or changes in the law affecting the contents of the Terms and Conditions;
the need to adapt the Rules and Regulations to a recommendation, interpretation, ruling, decision or decision of a public authority or court decision affecting the content of the Rules and Regulations;
expansion or change in Hotres.pl functionality;
