Terms and conditions of reservation
Dear Visitors!
Thank you for choosing our Kopan Kaban Resort as your holiday destination. We hope that with the help of the following rules and regulations we will be able to ensure your full satisfaction with your stay at our resort and at the same time ensure its efficient organisation.
Initial reservation (by phone or e-mail) should be confirmed by making a payment to the account of the owners of Kopan Kaban Resort
I.M.MODA Iwona Majewska ul. Kurpińskiego 16a,76-150 Darłowo account no. 93124014281111001104788180 a deposit of 30% of the total stay within one working day. In the absence of the aforementioned payment, the reservation will be cancelled. 2.
2.Payment of the deposit means that all guests have read and accepted the regulations.
3.The remaining amount for the whole stay, including the tourist tax, must be paid in cash on the day of arrival during the handover of the keys. A valid proof of identity must be presented. Guests agree to have their personal data processed only for the purpose of booking and registration, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997. Guests have the right to access and update their personal data.
4.I issue VAT invoices upon notification on arrival.
5.In case of cancellation of the stay, the deposit paid is forfeited. Changing the date of the stay to another date is possible if there are vacancies. In the event of shortening the period of stay by the tenants, the amount for the unused period is not refundable.
6.The overnight stay starts from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Failure to return the cottage and the keys by 10:00 a.m. is tantamount to paying for another night and does not guarantee the possibility of extending the stay.
On the day of arrival, the guests are obliged to check the cottage for any damage or lack of equipment. Any possible damage or shortages must be reported on the day of commencement of the stay.
Handover and return of the cottage takes place in the presence of the resort staff. The guest is responsible for any damage and destruction of the cottage and its equipment, caused by his action or the action of persons for whom he is responsible. A refundable deposit of 300 PLN/cottage is charged as security. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure, after the reception of the cottage by the resort staff. In the case of guests leaving at night before the end of their stay (between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m.), the deposit will be refunded to the bank account, after the cottage has been inspected by the resort staff.
9.For the comfort of guests, curfew will be in force from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
o10. During the entire stay, we ask you to respect the peace of other resting Guests as well, and not to disturb their peace (e.g. loud music, noisy behaviour).
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to persons: under the visible influence of alcohol or intoxicants, who behave aggressively, in a manner generally regarded as vulgar.
Persons violating the rules of these regulations will be obliged to leave the centre without refund.
Guests using the services of the resort undertake to observe the provisions of these rules and regulations, health and safety and fire regulations and to comply with the requests of the owners/manager of the resort in exceptional situations.
For the sake of your comfort, mattresses in all cottages are protected with protectors. In case they get wet or dirty, we kindly ask you to report them and replace them with a new one. In order to keep the mattresses in perfect condition, it is forbidden to sleep without a mattress protector. If the mattress gets dirty or wet, you will have to replace it with a new one, which means you will have to pay for it. In the case of sleeping on a sofa, you are kindly requested to take the protector and secure the sofa.
For the comfort of all guests, the owners do not allow pets.
Outsiders are not allowed on the premises from 23:00 to 8:00.
The owners are not responsible for any items left in the cottages. Please take due care in locking windows and doors when leaving the cottage. The guest acknowledges that the car park located on the premises is an unguarded car park.
For the stay of additional persons from outside the reservation, an additional fee of 40 PLN per day is charged (the possibility of accommodation of additional persons must be agreed with the owner of the resort at the time of booking).
Guests are required to maintain and return the cottage in the same condition as before, which includes, in particular, leaving the dishes and kitchen utensils washed.
Children’s play in the resort, especially in the swimming pool and playground area, should only be supervised by adults. Parents are entirely responsible for their children and are required to supervise them within the Resort. In the playground and swimming pool, children may only be accompanied by their parents or guardians and may use the equipment available for their intended use. The legal guardian is responsible for all damages and injuries to children. The owners are not liable for accidents caused on the premises of the Facility. The price of the services provided by the owners does not include insurance. It is recommended to take out insurance on your own for the period of your stay.
For reasons of fire safety it is forbidden to:
– smoking, use of open fire, candles in the cottages, throwing cigarette butts and ashes in the trash.
– use heaters, gas cookers and other electrical appliances in the cottages that are not part of the cottage furnishing
– to keep flammable, corrosive or foul-smelling materials in the rooms,
– lighting of barbecues is possible in a designated area,
– frying fish because of the smell, which is difficult to remove.The cottages are equipped with smoke detectors; failure to comply with the ban on smoking and frying fish will result in the Landlord being charged for the cost of ozone treatment of the cottage – additional fee of PLN 500. We also request that you switch off the lights and electrical appliances each time before leaving the cottage.
We guarantee one free parking place per cottage.
The owner of the resort is not responsible for temporary inconveniences caused by independent suppliers, e.g. temporary lack of water, electricity, Internet access.
Any possible complaints regarding inadequately provided services must be reported directly to the owner of the resort. Complaints lodged after the end of the service or on the day of departure may not be considered.In the event of losing the keys to the cottage, the guest is obliged to pay a fee in the amount of PLN 50 – key : PLN 100 pilot.
Please sort and dispose of rubbish from the cottages in containers located in front of the resort.
There is a possibility of changing the bed linen (PLN 20 per set) and towels (PLN 5 per set).
