I received them from you when booking accommodation, contacting you via the form on the website, also later, in connection with transactions such as payment.
What is the purpose and legal basis of our processing of your personal data?
We process your personal data because it is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with you, including:  
billing;
processing your booking;
contacting you, including for purposes such as complaints;
in addition, we are required by law to process your data for tax and accounting purposes. 
You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time in the same way you gave it.
Do you have to provide us with your personal data?
We require you to provide the following personal data in order to be able to conclude and perform the contract concluded with you and thus provide you with the service:  
name, address, email address, telephone.  
If for some reason you do not provide this personal data, unfortunately we will not be able to conclude a contract with you and consequently we will not be able to make a booking for accommodation. If required by law, we may require you to provide other data necessary, e.g. for accounting or tax reasons. Apart from these cases, the provision of your data is voluntary.

We guarantee all your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. the right of access, rectification and erasure of your data.
